IMO if the car is informing you to change brake fluid, just do it. There's not much to be gained trying to squeeze extra life out of it, even if you don't drive it there's potential for brake fluid to absorb water. It's not that expensive unless you're using something like Castrol SRF. Also...

The oil capacity is 6.9 quarts, which is equivalent to 6.5 liters. Should be fine. Edit: misread your post. You filled with 7 liters. A bit of an overfill, if you want the peace of mind you might get the car back up and just drain half a liter. The iDrive oil sensor system can be a bit unreliable
