I don't think there should be any differences as they all use the B58 engine. That's a model code that mostly just differentiates between regional/generational releases. Like RHD vs. LHD for example. If it's good for DB42 then it's almost certainly good for DB43.

Changing out the armrest and the side panel is very easy. I have personally swapped out the steering wheel and armrest for the OEM red leather ones. (Kept the side panel black) Just a handful of T20 screws which hold in the armrest and cupholder. The rest is held in by metal clips, so pull away...
