DB42 (Japan) vs DB43 (North America) engines

Just wondering is there any major differences between the engines in each country?

I'm looking at possibly getting the HKS Power Editor, but every site says it's for DB42 JDM only.

I don't think there should be any differences as they all use the B58 engine. That's a model code that mostly just differentiates between regional/generational releases. Like RHD vs. LHD for example. If it's good for DB42 then it's almost certainly good for DB43.
