That's a vent tube for AGM batteries in case of malfunction. The chemistry of lithium ion batteries does not require that. You can safely tuck it away.

Fly1 makes a complete replacement carbon fiber rear diffuser, which I have. While it looks nice, I would not recommend it because it's way too pricey with minor fitment issues as well.

I have a 2021 3.0 Prem, the head units are the same across all model years. This is a picture I took when I removed the head unit last year to install an Android Auto MMI box. It was indeed tedious to get to haha.

Not required, but recommended. You can code the new Ah rating and battery type with Bimmercode. Also should register the new battery with Bimmerlink so the car recognizes you installed a new battery.
