is it a possibility I will not get the car at all? The dealership I provided earnest money for (non refundable) only has 4 on the waitlist. 2 manual 2 automatic in which I’m “second place” for AT in black and possibly white. I may reach out to other dealerships if I’m unlikely to EVER receive a car.

Yeah I'm on a waitlist at the moment. I'm not too picky besides selecting 1 color and automatic transmission. I heard some people also select interior color as well.

I finally found a dealership I was willing to work with. 2024 Supra @ MSR. Both parties signed build sheet and OTD price sheet @ 64K. What does that look like now with them trying to pursue the car? Does Toyota manufacturing work with allocations around the U.S. to fill them?

How do I negotiate a price and get it confirmed/signed while working with a dealer out of state? I have a dealership I’m interested in and they sent me an OTD. I want to see if I can get them down on some junk fees and then provide a deposit, but scared if I’m not in person I can’t get anything...

I’m honestly okay with waiting. I keep trying to tell the dealers that but they think im bluffing lol. I mention if it takes 6 months, that is fine with me, I just want MSRP and no crap market adjustments. Not sure if I should omit the fact I’m from out of state or what.
