Agreed on the panel gaps. Mine has similar fit issues, but I attributed that to the clamshell style hood.

I picked up my Launch edition at MSRP as did Goose I believe. We are both in North Carolina and picked them up 7/22.

The car runs pretty hot around town anyways from what I've seen. Around 220F coolant temps and 230F oil temps. Neither of which are much of a concern to me. Once you start to drive the car a little harder, the coolant temps actually drop (likely due to electric water pump) and the oil temps...

Unfortunately, no. The temp data is really the only thing I found useful other than Dyno mode.

I found the unit settings over on infotainment but they didn’t carry over into the diagnostic menu. If you find a way, be sure to let us know.

After talking with a buddy that drives a m240i, he suggested I try to unlock the service menu in the Supra using the same method. Lucky for us, it works! So here’s a quick video for anyone that wants to play around in the settings or see some semi useful features like digital temp read outs...

I am testing the theory today in factory settings regarding the radio. One time I got out of the car the radio turned off, the second time it did not. I'm not sure what changed...It's currently in my work parking lot, locked, so well see if the battery is dead when I go out this afternoon lol.

The wireless charging is more of a recessed slot actually. It reminds me a lot of a sunglasses holder. Basically you slide the phone down into the recessed area and there is a thin plastic 'cage' over top of the phone.

Thumbing through the owners manual I see permitted oil viscosities, however nothing related to capacity. I'm speculating 6.5 ish quarts given similar BMW platforms. Just curious if anyone has heard official capacity numbers or oil filter P/Ns?

I'll give it a shot when I get the car back from paint protection. Thanks for the tip.
