LOL...yeah that 3.0 lbs is significant...ha!
I think where you'll feel the difference is at the top end above 5000 rpm ...But most folks that use a daily driver won't notice any difference...
Given the comparison specs shown below there really shouldn't be much of a difference (if any) with respect to 0-60 times...And 3.9 vs 4.1sec is well within test error of measurement range...
The positives are your currently enjoying and driving a GR Supra now...If your constantly looking for the next best thing to be released then your not enjoying the present...be in the present and enjoy what you already have...I've went through this on many new cars I've owned and never regretted...
I primarily use mine as a daily driver and think it already has more than enough power and I love the quick torque response, which is more important to me....So I'm not so butt hurt over today's announcement...I'd rather be driving one now than having to wait for the next best thing to happen...

No I didn't put any lettering or logo on mine...I'm not really a fan of over-badging ...less is more for me...
Also Lloyd's doesn't allow for "Supra" or "GR Supra" to be added since they are brand name protected and apparently they didn't get permission to use...
Under those raised circular areas are most likely circular velcro patches similar to the OE mats...just look under your OE mats and you'll see what I'm talking about...
Those Maxpider mats are way nicer than the WeatherTech mats which kinda reminds me of a tupperware container...

I had ACS splash guards for my C7 Vette and they were great! Unfortunately, I think they only offer products primarily for Corvette and Camaro though...
That sucks...
I know in the beginning they were sending out the wrong hardware....
I used the new black screws they sent for the rears (they originally were sending out silver with different threads) and mine are really secure...
