A70 himself stated that enough noise from the community can swing things as well. Also.. the amount of press asking the chief engineer a question and him stating no to manual and the reaction from folks should be ample amount of market data that this car without a manual will fall off many many...
Toyota has fully integrated a manual to TSS 2 already. Maybe when A70 states that cost it was before any manual was ever mated to work with TSS. New Corolla hatch has an all new 6spd that is fully mated to TSS 2. Maybe A70 can come and correct me if I’m mistaken.
It shouldn’t take much to adopt...
They are just poor financial decisions.. and I’m trying to ask Toyota to help me make another poor financial decision but they seem to be adamant about not giving me what I want. I’m in the energy trading industry.
Fighting? You were the first person to mention that word. This thread is so annoying but yet still you are here.. if something annoys me I avoid it.. so how about not respond here anymore and unsubribe to it.. maybe that’s what you need to do instead of adding to it..
Don’t mind them.. these are probably the same people that can’t drive a manual. Just entertain them and they’ll disappear soon enough when they find out a new video game was introduced.
A 150k 911R spiked to over a million dollar car.. more expensive then their halo 918.. cause manual. Stats are everywhere.. you can dig them up and so can I. Automatics were made to accommodate the handicapped for being independent to begin with. Now we’ve all gotten lazy..
Btw.. 3% of 17.25...
I really hope it does succeed, but have you wondered why Porsche is coming back out with a GT3 that sports a manual? There are many many people out there that’ll only buy a proper sports car.
Ehh.. same thing.. not one auto manufacturer from Britain are owned by brits anymore.... they should be the last ones to talk about auto industry and what it takes.
Unfortunately .. that’s the case and that’s why I’m hoarding all the nice manual cars that are made today.
Lol, I guess you are ok with an auto only MKV Supra.. in that case why are you even in this thread? Toyota obviously thought the R&D they did for the FRS/BRZ would be a success but they were dead wrong. Did u buy a FRS/BRZ? They failed in every market these two are offered so.. stop being a...
Australian... lol you obviously haven’t been blue balled by Toyota before. Maybe cause you just got into Toyotas. But I like your positive outlook.
This car maybe a success.. but at 55k, if Toyota offers a automatic only 350-400hp ... it probably won’t be a big seller. There are many...
It’s not always about modding.. sometimes you just want a car out of the box that’s fun without any compromises... if you see what Tada said.. that chassis wasn’t really meant to be for more power than what it came out of the box and that is something they are fixing with the upcoming car that...
Issue is.. they are setting up the car for failure and then blame the market for its failure. Not understanding what the market wants vs. see we made it and it didn’t sell. If the FRS/BRZ packed 240-250hp.. it would’ve sold so much more. But the lack of power is pretty much the complaint every...
I’m was referring to the comment from tada where he said.. the new Supra will be too powerful for a manual etc. All I want is a decently quick car with a manual. 400hp is all I care for...
Unfortunately Tada won’t or realize ... it’s sad. I’m hope I’m wrong and they make a damn manual. They are not in any way or form making a GT3 competitor to think the supra is too powerful to have a manual. Stupid IMO to even think that. This is what alarms me about this car.. what other stupid...
I’m just impatiently waiting for that announcement where Toyota says.. guys it’ll be available in a manual. I promise I’ll buy one the day the order books open. However it looks like Toyota doesn’t care about that.
