Get an OBDII scanner before doing anything, then remove that jb+. the dealer sees that jb+ your going to be paying more than what a scanner costs. Get rid of that intake too while your at it lol.

take it in for warranty repairs if it applies to you. but your water leak is most likely coming from your evaporator housing. The drain tube may be clogged or came off. Do you notice this leak after using the a/c?

does it really? some of those bolts look completely covered.

mine came in a little zipper pouch that looks like this. also found in the glove box. hopefully your car is still very new and they just wont blame you losing it. contact your sales person about this.
