Yes it's very easy to diagnose. Mine had also been broken. They are stocked here in the U.S. because it happened with my dyno shop as well. I had to order a new one and replace it. It is highly likely to happen again if your car goes on the dyno often I would order two of them just to be safe...

Headlight is easy. There is a sensor that clips into the driver's side control arm and is probably knocked out from them strapping it down. Are you not putting the car in manual mode on the dyno? Are you in dyno mode when on the dyno?

I've started a separate thread just for the Supra. I just drove the car out to Full Race Motorsports last week and dropped it off for some upgrades. More to follow on that.
