Surprised at the time between shipping and delivery - 3 weeks to cleveland is kind of nuts. I'm in NYC, where the cars are coming from, was hoping it'd just be like a day or two. Dealer (Toyota Manhattan) hasn't called yet though. Hurry up!
Thanks, I'll double check. Invoice does say the correct (non-swan) part#/description, but who knows.
There's a lot to like about the swan neck version, but I did see a couple pics where it just seemed to sit too high / in a weird position, so I went with the more standard one. Shame there...
Call them to place the order (CA hours so still open I think). They gave me a different (lower) price both times I placed an order with them on the phone, and also you only have to front a $1k deposit until it actually arrives in the states.
This intake looks interesting, anyone familiar with it?

Expensive like the other CF intakes, but it has a couple differences.

The wait is 11 months, like July 2021. Voltex is just like that. I have one of their wings on another car and that also took 9+ months.
I ordered from Evasive. They're the exclusive US distributor, so even other sites are ordering through them. The listed price was $2807 but I think that's...
Ended up ordering the voltex, the wait is mad - 11mo!
Decent pics here, though similar to ones others have found

Sounds like you might need a new dealer. That so many of us were told on the same day the same message suggests it's Toyota pulling the strings and setting the policy and communication. That dealer may be trying to pocket the difference.
First aftermarket wing I pick out... 10mo wait. whaaaa.
Agree it won't be hard to push for free install. While I actually prefer being able to pick my own, this is still a fk up on their part. Running out of parts isn't unusual, but finding out the moment before deliveries were supposed to...
That option is available (at a cost, I assume) because they'll discount the price of the spoiler-less car. I think I prefer some of the after-market wings anyway, so unlikely to take them up on it.
My dealer called and offered the option to receive the car earlier (within a month) without the spoiler at a discount. Of course I took that. Said December if you wait for the spoiler.
Honestly I like this better.
That's a bizarre article, wonder if an algorithm wrote it, just smashing together two popular searches without any sense. However, first new a91 pics I've seen in a while, and really good ones!
Also, after staring at those pics for a while, the wheels seem off. Graphite seems the best match...
There should still be some available. I abandoned an allocation at Avondale Toyota in AZ to switch to something more local, perhaps they still have theirs. Though the west coast boat is yet to come, last I checked.
Edit: As for search process, just use cars.com to find leads and then call.
That boat's called Liberty, if you wanted to watch it, though it's pretty much here. You can use this # to track it on any of those sites: 9310109

On this site you can see it's delivering...
I don't get the impression the dealer system is super accurate anyway. I kind of suspect 8/7 is just a filler value too since it ran past the previous filler value (8/1) and didnt ship yet.
Not sure why you think all the cars go to WA. There are a few oorts and distribution centers in the...
Got an update from the dealer showing mine is delayed. Was supposed to ship 8/1 arrive 8/30 now 8/7 and 9/14. none of that lines up with shipping iteneraries though so I'm not sure what's right. Arizona dealer so west coast, i've been assuming.
Oh awesome. borrowing from your work some, the west coast ship may be called Toreador; it left a couple days later and makes a couple stops in TX, CA, WA. Am just guessing based on the timing/route though.
