It was my understanding rotors and pads have to be changed at the same time, reducing the likelihood of warping rotors from just swapping pads only?

This isn’t news, stateside cloning was always an option using FEMTO software and bFlash hardware. I mention this above as the buyer of this ecu could opt to use their existing calibration file from FEMTO to perform the remote cloning process. No need to ship it back to Finland a second time.
