I could be wrong about the chassis. It seems to be based on M4 chassis, but since it's a concept It could be based on anything. The design is smaller rear window, and fat rear just like FT-1. And mysterious 2 series mule

I was going to post the same thing. The BMW concept is a rebodied FT-1. The proportion and shape from the rear and side view perspective is spot on. FT-1 design is way more beautiful IMO.

I thought they are trying to hit the target Tokyo Motor Show this year. They can reveal the car this year, and release it the following year, just like Ford does to GT. Unless the design is not finalized, I don't see why they need to hold the unveiling close to release date.

Why don't Cadillac make Elmiraj? That's the most luxurious looking boat I've seen out of all mainstream luxury brands.

Even BMW Supra project cannibalize M4 sales, it wouldn't be much of a deal for them. They sell 3/4 series and SUVs enough that they don't care about Z4 and 7 series sales anymore. All they want from partnering are fuel cell and hybrid.

C63AMG and AMG GT is not a really good example. Even black series C63 will not be priced as much as AMG GT. And yes, I believe that BMW project car will step on M4 toe's if it's priced similarly. I can see BMW version priced higher enough out of M4 though.

That would step on RC-F's toe.
