  1. ADRO Supra Aero *Now Available* - DSG Performance

The Seibon carbon fiber rear diffuser is basically a stock copy if i remember right.
  2. Tampa, FL | Any Good Shops?

I went to Vortex Motorsport to do an alignment and had a good experience. They are mainly a Porsche specialist but also do work on other vehicles, so could be worth checking out for that. I haven't had a lot of mods installed yet so don't have a go to shop in the area yet.
  3. hit in parking lot, insights on fixes.

Wrong thread, or did you think they hit OP on purpose? Lol
  4. Is Armytrix catless downpipe’s quality has gone bad?

Yeah that's a weird message to include. I don't think Armytrix or any company that has a DP with cat simulator guarantees no check engine light lol. I checked to see if they still have the Armytrix catback exhaust and that's no longer on their store either... think you're on to something.
  5. What Tire Brands are you running?

Can they? yes. Should you fit them? Probably not at least for street driving - 305 is too wide for a 10" wheel. From what I've read and heard people have had some strange and bad symptoms from running 305 and wider on the stock wheels. I would just stick with the 285/35/19 size for the 555rii.
  6. What Tire Brands are you running?

These were the best I could find. The Nittos have a meatier looking sidewall which helps with the stock wheel gap in the rear haha.
  7. Windshield Replacement (camera calibration) and Femto tune.

Oh shit that is a rip off. Guess I didn't know because of FL windshield law, i didn't have to pay a deductible or anything.
  8. Windshield Replacement (camera calibration) and Femto tune.

Just had mine replaced in December, I think with any car that has auto cruise control etc they supposedly have to do that. The only other thing they will do is reset DTC for codes that come up after the replacement so nothing that will mess with your ECU or any other car settings
  9. What Tire Brands are you running?

Right now I'm running Nitto NT555rii in the rear (285/35/19) and the oem Michelin PSS in the front since I still have the stock wheels. I got the Nittos after being tuned for e50/flex fuel and they put down the power well. So far they've been fine in the rain too, but obviously I'm not driving...
  10. Crash Supras on Public Roads

The tuner also clearly forgot to enable the anti-gravity setting too, what a mess.
  11. Crash Supras on Public Roads

Yeah Subarus in general do really well in crashes. The newer gens of the WRX/Sti are still like that too, I've seen people post some nasty accidents where they came out (mostly) un-injured. Wasn't sure how the Supra would do flipping, how nice of this dingus to test it for us.
  12. Crash Supras on Public Roads

Agreed, it was just an irresponsible maneuver. If they spent any time learning the car and had any common sense that would've been avoided. Personally I won't do a pull with traffic around me, even though with my tire and alignment setup I'm confident it will hook in good conditions. It comes...
  13. Crash Supras on Public Roads

For sure, too much throttle too soon and definitely under-tired for the power anyway. So many people don't know when to let off the gas instead of overcorrecting with the wheel like an ape. Demote that guy to mustang driver.
  14. XHP - Per gear torque limiting

I haven't tried using that yet personally. I would advise turning on the Activate Line pressure Bump feature though if you haven't already - it will help the clutches cope when you're making higher torque than stock.
  15. Important question about oil

I asked this guy and he said as long as you believe hard enough that your Supra doesn't need oil, you'll be fine.
  16. Power loss, drivetrain error, limp mode

I haven't had a battery code yet, though I'm wondering when mine will need replacing haha. That's good it the issue didn't repeat so far for you. I'm pretty new to tuned vehicles and ethanol fueling so hadn't really heard of temperature causing problems either . I imagine on a more conservative...
  17. Power loss, drivetrain error, limp mode

Just an update- I heard back from my tuner and they said it was most likely due to cold weather. I didn't realize that could have an effect, but he said e50 maxes out the fuel system in 70 degree weather and getting colder down to 60 and lower can experience cuts unless the tune is turned...
  18. Low coolant

Just had a low coolant msg a couple months ago myself, seems like it may eventually just need topping off. In my case there was no residue around the caps but the main tank was pretty low. I just filled back up with bmw ht-12 coolant (mixed of course). It was around 20k miles for me as well
  19. Power loss, drivetrain error, limp mode

Ok interesting. I'll have to see if it happens again after refueling. It's strange that I haven't run into this before at all since being tuned so wasn't sure if it would be something like bad fuel, spark plugs going bad, or something like that. If it was a tune issue you'd think I would have...
