I have use optimum no rinse wash and wax on all of my cars for over 15 years.
One wash rag and dry rag for wheels.
One wash rag and dry rag for paint.
No scratches, no hose, whole car knocked out in 15 min.
You might miss the sound of the V8, thats for sure.
Both are fun cars with huge aftermarket support - can you check on Turo or something and maybe rent one?
my car has a femto unlock - i'm never taking it in for any type of update ever again.
If it would ever HAVE to go to the dealership, i have an ODB port lock that would be going on the car.
Trans, axles, and the heatsoaked manifold as well.
To me personally - anything over e85 flex tune and downpipe - you are on your way to replacing axles and trans
I took my supra to the toyota dealership to have the brake booster recall done on it - I got there when they opened at 6am and by 2 they came to me waiting and said sorry it will be longer lets get you in a loaner - they called me at 5pm telling me to come pick it up.
Dont take your supra to...
Keep the M2 Comp - fix the crankshaft or whatever issue they have - and enjoy it.
Its a true M car and a back seat if needed, and its a looker!
Supra weighs like 300lbs less though....
Following!
Thanks for posting - this was on my mind too. Would love to cut weight but not have it be annoying. To be honest the OEM exhaust with valve open and catless is already pretty loud.
I took mine to my buddies at the Lexus dealer - they had to take the rack apart to get my car on it....
Here is what they got for me with Swift Springs:

Take the cash - leave it as it is - and consider it a lesson learned.
Trying to match yellow with a respray is going to be a major pain in the ass, and you will probably forget its even there in a year.
