a91 replica for sure - keeps lines of car.
make sure you have it aligned correctly left to right and front to back - if not right the little arms will not sit correctly.
Its funny - I'm 42 and I keep saying to myself "I'm not THAT old" and then I realize that yeah I'm right in the middle of life - oof! I try to stay up past 10pm to watch a movie with the wife after we put the kids down and I make it 30 min, then ZzzZZzzz
If you guys want to feel even worse -...
Naw, no real good pictures of before and after - it lowers the car about 1.5-1.8 inches if I remember correctly -its low but the wheels are not tucked in - looks like a proper sports car now :)
As an FYI for folks - car has 2k miles on it, this was the results of the alignment.
Car feels a lot better and doesn't walk now during hard acceleration.
I have been trying to track down an OEM Carbon one - however it appears they either stopped making them or if they do they are now just black ABS plastic - as well they have studs in them that require drilling :/
Car looks great!
I love the oem a91 look - I put it on my car. Its stick on and can be removed with no holes.
I'll wait to see what the factory offers when the Supra ends before drilling into my trunk.
Verus has a reverse swan neck that looks pretty cool.
The problem is the car is very curvy and some...
I was looking at those as well, but like mentioned they only come in 20" wheels - no thanks...also I know they are BBS, but what I have read online (not much) is they are heavier than our OEM wheels.
Get the ECU Unlocked - but I will ask you this....why are you spending money on the 4 cylinder when you could have the 6 cyl model with more power and better differential stock?
just something to think about...
lol - no.
They are great cars that I'm sure make fun daily drivers, but its not in any league with a Supra, regardless of what Facebook and their forums say.
Run it at a drag strip and see what your mile per hour trap speed is - that is really telling of how much power you are making :)
Its like when I go to my doctor and weigh 10lbs more than I do at home - WTF
I see that LS1 tech thread thrown around, but I had a catless '06 GTO with long tube headers, tuned by Speed Inc and I was able to pass emissions in 2009 and 2010 with no problems up here in Northern Illinois. I believe my rear 02's said NOT READY as well.
I guess i'll find out in a year or so...
