Has anyone done the recall and retained their free subscription? Not sure they'd be related, but I thought it'd be worth asking since they flash the HU.
Hmmm. I'd pair up the Supra with a practical yet fun SUV. Something like the Kona N-line. I don't need that much room since I don't have kids, just enough for the extra space and bad weather days.
Replacing the Supra is more difficult as everything I like is nearly twice as much in price...
The Maxton Design V2 and V3 front lips offer an add-on OEM-blending look. Both are quite subtle and blend in well with the existing pieces.
I've only seen replacement (carbon fiber) rear diffusers or add-on spats but not a huge selection compared to the front lips and splitters offered.
My rear ones cracked at the lower screw mount location - both sides. It's still on, but kinda looks warped from the side. My 1-year warranty was up last month. Ugh. Oh, well. Just ordered a new rear set. I'll probably reinforce it with some wider washers.
While most aftermarket catbacks produce a deeper, bassier almost v8-like sound, I prefer an amplified 6-cylinder sound true to the engine's character - higher pitched and more exotic but without sounding too raspy. Think Jaguar F-Type V6S.
I see a few have already upgraded to the OEM Audio Plus system as well as the Bavsound for plug-n-play solutions. But has anyone ever tried the Bimmertech Alpha One setup?

^^^This greatly improved the driving experience for me though.
If the new Z is unchanged in that department, I hope they'll offer the same remedy.
I'm probably the minority on this, but the only thing I liked about the S2K after 2 years of ownership was the steering.
It was my daily at the time and ended up buying a house, so I sold it and got an RSX Type-S for the hatch space. Much more useable daily torque and power and strangely...
If there was no 3.0 Supra, I'd get one...in black, to hide that hideous front end. But I'll reserve final judgment until I've driven one, which I'd like to do anyway eventually.
I doubt it'll take up any sales from the 3.0 Supra, unless you're dying for the manual. But I bet the 2.0 model...
