Yes, of course I hope it succeeds as well. The more sports cars, the better. Keep 'em alive! :headbang:
Not to get too side tracked...but...
My OCD kicks into high gear with squeaks and rattles. After a year with the Supra, it's done surprisingly well for a sports car with 19" wheels...
Transmission: Slightly longer rev hold with quicker downshifts, at least per my butt dyno.
Engine: More pops/crackles and a "touchier" throttle response.
Note: Sport+ is not configurable like Sport (Individual).
I have it and enjoy it. I think it does help with the electronic drive-by-wire throttle lag (not to be confused with turbo lag).
Here's Brian's review of it:
I remember that rendering. It's gorgeous.
Who knows why they added all the fake vents? Cost? Regulations?
Remember the first generation Audi R8? Some people loved that side blade panel in contrasting carbon fiber or aluminum while others found it strange and off. :dunno:
I think the fake...
I initially drive in Normal until everything's warmed up then switch to Sport. But I've been enjoying Sport+ now that I've coded for it and configured Sport Individual with normal settings on all but steering for around town.
I kick back into Normal when on the highway cruising.

The visibility in my Supra isn't much different than my 370Z or 350Z. And I don't see it being much better in...
I just can't unsee the angry emoji sticker from Facebook/WhatsApp. Lol. Hopefully the aftermarket designs a nice front bumper. Or just get a black one.
A lot of the interior (especially) bits and pieces appear to be carried over from the 370Z. I recall lots of reviews complaining about how plasticky everything was in that Z. I had no gripes with mine, but when priced between $35k and $45k, I'm sure the cost-cutting will be obvious when...
Good point. Lol.
However, in abiding by the Texas-sized theme, everyone drives a massive truck or SUV. So naturally, they're all parked over the lines.
True. We've been waiting for a new Z a long time. And making it affordable is key to enthusiasts.
However, I'm playing on the mentality that, for example, the C6 Vette was "fairly new" when the C7 came out, as was the C7 when the C8 came out. Nissan gave us the 350Z then the 370Z...
