there are plenty of “real” forged track wheels made in Japan that have a lot more deflection and failures than apex or titan7
I’ve literally never seen anyone have an issue with apex or titan7 on their Supra ?‍♂️
I’ve got a NIB 4-piece CSF cooling package for sale if anyone is interested. Heat exchanger, aux rads, and trans cooler. Going with a different setup and oil cooler on my 2.0
I’m running swift springs with more df than anyone I know and I’m not at the edge of their catalog. Same for the fastest TA supra regarding spring rate.
you could take the aux cooler out and easily run a bigger main rad, lines, and pump to beef up cooling considerably. Or you could add an oil cooler and delete the aux rad since that would decrease the load on it.
Any non-oem style splitter would be illegal in GLTB Street class, though
You can take 100lb off the rear axle and you might drop a tiny bit of lap time.
You take 100lb off the front axle you drop a ton of lap time, comparatively speaking.
compared to tire compound, aero, or horsepower, taking weight off the rear is nothing.
if you don’t need more flow I’d just...
as someone who competes in time attack and has a full custom titanium exhaust, I can say it’s not really worth it for weight savings. The car is already front heavy and taking weight off the rear (especially below cog) isn’t really going to help performance
Not my experience at all. They sent me a set that was literally broken at first and then another set that was a “challenge” to install to say the least.
They've been very responsive via email and IG both for me. Just had my 2nd dme unlocked directly by them.
Very simple process and their website is awesome now - every step of the way they update the status of your order and provide tracking info, payment info, etc. Super simple to navigate and...
strangely that hasn’t been my experience at all. My 2.0 is surprisingly stiff and sporty for a street car. Not sure if they made any suspensions tweaks to the 2023 model year.
