i have zero noise from my verus camber plates, though i can't guarantee yours are tight and your springs are seated correctly. the clunking is most commonly loose end links, start there first before you take anything apart.
I would definitely ask your tuner if they played with the throttle mapping. if it's touchy for you, it might become a liability if you need to have a friend/spouse/valet drive it somewhere.
Quick update, adjusted the rear heights a bit over the weekend, and after a drive all corners are now within 0.25" of target. Not going to mess with it anymore, since the weight will continue to shift around as I adjust and I don't want to chase my tail for that last quarter inch.
I never ran the HKS springs in a lowered state, so i can't really compare it. in terms of rate, any of the lowering springs won't be very noticable compared to say, a coilover, where the spring stiffness can be 2x+ multiples of the factory rate...
My local stations explicitly state the range is 51 to 83. i dont believe any (pump) stations can actually sell 85, since this range is a national standard.

you will probably be able to run without spacers if you have coilovers, since the bottom coil diameter is smaller. you may need to dial in some negative camber to clear the plastic liner up top
So to save you some time.
Downpipe is worth 400 bucks. intake and charge pipe is worth zero. turbo is worth 800-ish.
Exhaust is worth 100 if you're willing to wait around for 6+ months to find a buyer. Same with most of the stock suspension stuff, you might get 100 for springs if you're...
So I installed the kit last week and after about 6 days, the spring have just about settled - no change in height for the past 2 days, after driving everyday for at least a few minutes. I was initially bummed because it looks like the front drop was significantly larger than anticipated when I...
i had about 5 autocross days under my belt before my first trackday. that first session i had a stupid grin on my face the entire time. going to an autox again felt like a step back.
track vs autocross, in terms of fun per dollar, is way different in my mind.
autocross is significantly cheaper, but most of your day is spent standing around and watching other people drive and moving cones back. you get 3-6 runs, just under a minute apiece. if you're lucky, the course will...
Thanks for the sanity check, i decided to back it off so that the third outboard hole from the strut Center Line is half showing, rather than fully exposed
I vaguely recall watching a video where they talked about the canards being user-assembled from a flat sheet of carbon and bracket. Did that have any noticeable effect on the stiffness/strength?
I haven't tracked the car yet (just got it last fall) but reading the threads here, it seems running higher boost just causes heat soak. I will likely disable it for track days or maybe run a minimal map of +2 psi. Either way, I plan to bring a 5 gal of e85 and give it a 1-1.5 gal splash during...
doing the hks spring / verus camber plate combo for increased Tire clearance inner and outer, respectively. since it seems like the usual budget coilover options are a downgrade on this platform, and i don't have the seat time to properly dial in an expensive setup.
Related question I suppose...
I am mid install on my Verus camber plates and I can't seem to get full negative on the plate. I have the logo facing towards the outside of the car. i checked the reinforcement rib in a few stock photos and it looks like it is supposed to be on the logo side. All studs going upward are all the...
