I think you need to look at the graph more closely. avg_ign is NOT anywhere near the individual cylinder timings. In one gear, I have great timing in all cylinders, and avg_ign is at 10. In another gear, I have timing pull and avg_ign does not reflect that.

yes,that was the size i needed to make the replacement hose. 5/16 fuel hose did "kind of" fit but I wouldn't trust it to stay on without cranking down a worm clamp. let me snap a picture when i get home in a bit, i harvested a spare fitting awhile back.
It should theoretically work, because the fitting contians a one-way check valve into the block. however your biggest challenge will be finding a breather that is small enough. The bare fitting is 1/4 inch barb fitting, if you're fine able to find a breather that size, let me me know
