In my opinion 60k sports car is entry level. Something like a gr86 is just a « sporty » car.
I was quoted 10k for full ppf. I was quoted 5k for replacement body panels + paint installed ??‍♂️
Id consider paying for ppf on a supercar, but that’s just because the resale would be hard without...
If this car was more expensive or exclusive then I’d invest in ppf. But on an entry level sports car at this price range I don’t see it making sense.
I wouldn’t personally pay 10% or a vehicles value on paint protection. You could replace entire body panels before you sell for less money
Subjectively faster isn’t exactly what sells for me. I’m not sure if xhp is claiming any shift speeds publicly, or if anyone managed to record actual times; I’d like to be informed on either.
40-140 is where these cars really shine. Some people record 60-120 but there’s another gear change in...
I drive paddles at all times. So the only real benefit I’ll get from this is faster shift speed..
I believe our stock trans is about 200ms? Anyone have proven shift speed times using paddles on stage 2/3?
I really only do 40-140 rolls but there’s a couple shifts in there that I could speed up...
I believe the auto mute function on the pre r7 used a method other than the location Bluetooth connection. I think it stores signal codes and will eventually mute when running into the same code?
R7 has better range, better red light camera detection, directional arrows, deeper filter process, more filter maps, and auto mute system. Id still recommend the rl360c over it, if you don’t want the thea system
