Start with map 4, then go to map 5, make sure you datalog both maps and send them to BMS
For the best performance, I too recommend Jesse for a custom map
It all depends on your power goals . Your tuner will give you an idea of how much you can get with either option as im assuming he will reach max stock fuel pump capacity with upgraded turbos and E85

Why would you say go with maps 1 and 2 and not 4 and 5 when in some cases map 1 and 2 are more aggressive than map 4 or 5
I agree with the statement if it said to stay away from map 3 btw
Since you are still in the break-in period, you will not be driving aggressively. The current map is fine.
But get a custom tune once the break-in period is over
