  1. Stiffer, more stable but not lower.

Twisted Tuning has one on their site: https://twistedtuning.com/pages/guides-and-diys https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1827/5557/files/Twisted_Tuning_Supra_MKV_transmission_mount_install_v1.pdf As for the SPL diff mounts, I haven't done those before so I'm not sure how bad that one is
  2. 2021 Tuning

Any 2021 6-port with an ECU date before June 2020 can be tuned. It's not all of them, but it is a significant chunk. For the ones after that there's always Femto.
  3. Stiffer, more stable but not lower.

No need to wait on the transmission mounts, they take like 5 min to pop in and don't require any special tools. They're probably the easiest install I've done on the car, other than CF overlay stickers. They're also fucking insane and I don't recommend them for anything that's going to be...
  4. What did you do to your Supra today?

Tried that, didn’t help. Maybe you have smaller gravel there?
  5. What did you do to your Supra today?

I’ve had that happen 2-3 times so far. It’s super obnoxious, I’m honestly thinking about getting the Verus brake cooling kit since it replaces that wavy guard with a flat plate that hopefully wouldn’t have this problem.
  6. Stiffer, more stable but not lower.

    This one? https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a38834286/open-flash-performance-2021-toyota-supra-30-by-the-numbers/
  7. Stiffer, more stable but not lower.

Sorry I didn't realize you just copied their text verbatim, they should really fix that
  8. Stiffer, more stable but not lower.

405 lbs is 34% stiffer than stock, not 134%. You could say 134% as stiff as stock, but not 134% stiffer. So front sway on soft with stock rear ultimately makes the front 34% stiffer with no change to the rear. Meanwhile front sway on stiff and rear sway on soft makes the front 95% stiffer and...
  9. Visconti Tune Stage 2

There's a good chance it's unlocked then since you have a '20. If you do the recall it will erase the tune and lock the ECU though, and you'll have to spend the money to get it unlocked and reflashed afterward.
  10. Visconti Tune Stage 2

Aftermarket mods and "more reliable" don't really go together, the best you can hope for is "not significantly less reliable". Visconti is a solid tuner, and that's his standard Ecutek OTS package. All in all it's a good option. @Marshall@ViscontiTuning should be able to answer any questions...
  11. Running E85

You really can't compare a factory flex tune to an aftermarket one. Factory flex tunes adjust the fueling, but that's about it. Aftermarket flex tunes also adjust timing and boost. The timing in particular has a huge effect on off-boost power which you typically don't get with factory flex...
  12. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

The Z’s stock tires actually have better dry traction than the PSS. It’d be hilarious if someone swaps the tires and re-tries the comparison just to find the Z is even slower
  13. Supra visibility

Convex mirror replacements make all the difference. The Suma one was linked above, I have Rexpeed, either is worlds better than stock.
  14. Blind spot question and more

Convex side mirrors really help with the visibility. It’s a non-issue for me anymore, don’t even need the blind spot indicators.
  15. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

Sport Z + aftermarket LSD + aftermarket wheels and tires = same price as the performance and Supra 3.0, so what’s the point?
  16. Turbulence Gray with what color wheels?

I don't think bronze works well with the gray. Gunmetal either for that matter, the color is not different enough, it's too similar and clashes a bit. I went gloss black personally :dunno:
  17. Running 5x114.3 Wheels on an A90 Supra is Possible

Yeah I don’t get it either. Either the lugnut is only going to make contact at one point because the stud is off-center, or the torque is going to bend the stud until the lugnut seats properly (at least until the stud snaps from the stress). I certainly wouldn’t do this on my car.
  18. Running E85

It could be used for knock prevention due to the increased octane and cooling, but I'm not sure if that's even a concern in the first place on the stock tune.
  19. Running E85

Maybe if you’re driving a 30+ year old car. Modern cars are fine with ethanol from a corrosion perspective. The problem with E85 isn’t corrosion, it’s fueling requirements. Ethanol requires about 40% more fuel per gram of air to ignite/burn properly. E85 simply requires so much extra fuel...
  20. First Supra vs Nissan Z side by side direct comparison look

255 hp with 275 width rear tires vs 400 hp with 245 width rear tires. An open diff is a much bigger problem on one of these than the other.
