Not remembering the last setting is an intended design. This is because Sport+ disables stability control which makes it a liability to have it auto disabled on startup without the user explicitly acknowledging it. My 2013 F10 does the same thing and doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon

That article was just... dumb. The author tries really hard to make it a 'hot take' but disregards many many reasons why someone wouldn't buy a new car from bring a trailer and the reasons why someone would choose one car over another aside from performance per dollar.

The only difference you see is better photography. Hell they even use the same hand grip molds, I wouldn't be surprised if they were outsourced to the same company

I hope you all aren't overpaying for this service. I had about two dozen of these wheels outsourced to vendors on AliExpress at around $250 a piece about three years ago.

But Dinan creates a parallel warranty covering the part of the factory warranty they just voided which is why they are priced higher. I don't think it is unreasonable for GR to charge similar to Dinan prices as long as there is a warranty

No it is exactly as complicated as I think it is and my comment still stands. S55s have had aftermarket W2A intercoolers for years now and are even affordable with several in the $500-$600 range.
