California has very strict smog rules compared to other states. You should check dmv.ca.gov. That link you provided does not cover cars brought in from other states.
Then the “window sticker” they show on their site is wrong. If you look at the car online, there is a link to the window sticker.

I’ve been looking at Supras on their website all summer, and have never seen one listed for more than about $48k. In San Diego, where I live, dealers have added PPF, security alarms and other unnecessary price increases.
They are really good. I bought an MR2 in 2000 from them, and I just sent them a deposit for a 2022 GR86. They don’t charge over MSRP and are the largest Toyota dealer in California.
