TBH, NOT at all on the street. when I go to track, I may... - I tried to eliminate placebo effect although not sure if it worked.. Cusco Trunk Harness bar has 4 bolts (2 each side) compare to 2 holding OEM. So it will hold better but if you are planning to use 5 point harness for track use...

Before you modify, decide what you want to do first. will this be show? Drag? road track to learn? road track to race? garage queen to be an investment? or something else? otherwise, it will just be wrong and expensive.
One more thing I'd like to add is take time and apply either CMX or Ceramic coating.
I applied 3 coats of CMX (Mother's) over 3 days. - each coat needed to cure for 24 hours. And after hard trackdays, brake and tire dust came off so easy.
I believe about 4" & 1" wide. It aligns parallel to the edge of rear side window as well as door garnish almost as if the line continues from door garnish to the vinyl. if you are using knifeless cutter, cut the vinyl from back to front for obvious reason.

One more thing I should add. when both are changed and set up properly - for cusco, nothing more to set up except install since this is not adjustable - it makes world of difference on track. But on the street, it is compliant almost like stock suspension except when you go over un-even...
for rear, need to drop subframe. not easy but doable with right tools. shop will charge around $300+.
when used front only - on track - it feels like rear is collapsing or chassis is twisting going around corner. you may not feel this on street but what you feel on the track is emphasized...
I don't know how it was printed - Material, Shell thickness, temperature, Infill rate, Infill pattern, & Many other parameters - but I'd rather buy a set of hockey puck (~$10, I think) instead..
