Well i just started my car this morning and waited like 3 mins and still no power. So i will be dropping it off at toyota. Once the car has been driven this doesnt seem to happen.
Update. Called BMW because toyota doesn't really know anything about these engines and talked to a service advisor. He told me this is normal for bmws and M series also. Upon startup it limits the rpms for the first 30 secs or longer. Note he also said it might not happen all the time but...
In theory reso is more for drone and muffler is for sound. So i would cut just after the reso and straight pipe from there. Muffler delete is hit or miss. It sounds either really good or really bad on most cars. If i go with a Downpipe i wouldnt really need a muffler delete though.
I love the sound of this intake at least from what i heard online. How often do we clean them? Also what offers better sound and performance. Drop in filter or intake with filter setup?
Anyone know is this filter is oiled or dry and how do you clean it? I know with my dry mopar filter i would put it in water and shake all the dirt out then let it air dry for a few days then reinstall. Not sure how to clea. These.
Im looking at your CAI for my 2020 supra but was wondering if its CA CARB legal with a carb sticker? Also are these filters oiled or dry? How do we clean them? And i have the 2021 strut braces on my 2020 so will it fit?
Was it on original tank of fuel? I know with my car the dealer put 87 instead of 91. When i found out thet put a octane booster in there. I think my bad fuel caused that problem. Hasnt done it since.
