I ran JB4 on my 135i before MHD. It was a FBO stock turbo running 93. Honestly, other than some of the controls MHD offered I didn't notice a big difference between the two power-wise (or laptimes as this was a track car).

I guess you've found out at this point? I love that system configuration. It's solid, and definitely loud when you get on it... but I don't think it's obnoxious. Interior comfort is still reasonable at most speeds.

Great thread! I'd only add that the Non-Resonated Touring would bump those numbers up a bit. For guys not considering a DP, or maybe a Catted DP and ok with a little interior volume bump, I'd add 1 to those numbers. The Res Touring sounds the best with a DP for sure. It's a little on the...

With correct installation we haven't had any complaints. I have seen some incorrectly installed Touring Edition systems. Track is all the clearance you could ask for.

I was thinking about the valves obvi! haha. I would DEFINITELY deactivate that.

If you can disable it through a tune or otherwise, it's likely fine to disable. We don't have direct experience with it, which is why instruct installers to unplug the valves when open.
