Burger is working on a JB4 for the Supra. I would be very hesitant to just throw a BMW JB4 into a Supra. Last time I spoke to Burger about it they were waiting on their Supra, then we’re gonna come out with a Beta version.....it’s sounds like you may have jumped the gun...

I would not accept the car and get my money back, depending on the situation. These cars are selling over MSRP, they won’t have a hard time selling it if I were to back out. Also, if I hadn’t paid yet, I would still have no leverage...they would just go to the next guy on the list.
