I was surprised myself at how many people thought that, but yeah...

Then again, I recently saw folks on that forum arguing with someone that profit and revenue are the same thing...
The 1LT trim of the C8 was a big letdown. Sure, it has some power and high top speed, but in terms of being a daily driver it’s very lacking. It doesn’t offer a lot of features that come standard (HUD, memory seats, heated seats, etc.) on modern cars at that price point. You really have to start...
I’ve been using the A90 as my daily driver for almost a month now (since 7/23) and I’ve got to say that it’s a really nice ride compared to some of these other cars. It may not let you “feel” the road as much, but that’s not something that you’d want in a daily anyway. The feedback has been...
I was actually told the opposite yesterday - they said they may do one "at some point in the future," but there generally wasn't enough demand for it to justify the cost. I don't know if more cars with wider hoods (like the Supra) will help them justify the cost and actually get something into...
I spoke with them and they said that they'd need a 72" piece to do that, and so it ends up being two pieces due to the largest Stealth size being only 60". The profit margins on Stealth are apparently much lower for them even though they charge more for it because it's a really tricky material...
Oh wow - that should look really nice. I'm excited to see pics once the PPFing is done! I'll post some pics of mine (black exterior) after I get it back from the shop. I'm interested to see how much the seams will show up photographically versus in real life with the Stealth on white versus black.
I'm just leaving that part up to my shop - I told them to do whatever they think makes sense... hopefully it turns out well lol.
Btw, what color Supra did you end up picking up, RRKnight?
That's apparently the case with both Xpel and Suntek - the biggest size sheet either of them make is 60", but if you have a good installer it shouldn't be visible unless you're right up on it (and adding the FUSION PLUS ceramic should help cover it up even more).
That's what I've ultimately decided to go with as well (I'm getting Xpel stealth with their FUSION Plus ceramic coating and Xpel XR Plus window tint). Although Suntek was slightly cheaper ($5,500 vs $6,000 just for the matte-ing of the car), it sounds like there are several things that are...
Not sure if it's always been like this, but if you click on the following link, the image of the Supra is interestingly the MKIV:

Confirmation that Toyota is going to start manufacturing MKIV parts again?! (But if you go in and...
Actually the marketing name is "GR Supra," the official name of the car (i.e., the name that was registered with MLIT) is just "Supra." (Source: マーケティング活動における名称。国土交通省への届出名称は「スープラ(Supra)」)
For example, if you go to Toyota Japan's website and filter by "GR/GR Sport," the Supra is actually the...
It’s kind of one of the whole points of getting a black or white LE - unless you live in Canada our outside of NA, those colors of the LE are the only ways to get a red interior. If someone didn’t specifically like it I suspect they’d just get a normal 3.0 Premium white or black Supra.
lol yeah that's the thing that made me laugh in that video is the guy is just being nice and giving the kid a warning for his own safety... but he doesn't say a word about the kid lighting up right next to the pump. XD
