Swapping just the downpipe for better sound may still be ok for him. Just changing the downpipe wont cause any sort of loss of warranty. It doesnt hurt his car even without a tune.

Questions since this cover the whole back part of the resonators for aftermarket exhaust, have you seen or heard of anyone running into issues with this kit? Also does it cover exhaust holes in the back? This is one of my favorite kits as it really does completely flatten the bottom of the car

yea sorry. I just remember quite a few people not having it CEL and then after they drove a bit it came on. They would reset and drive like 100 miles and it came back on. Thats why i was quite surprised yours didn't come on at first.

I’m honestly really curious if you get a CEL after a bit of time. That was honestly one of the only reasons I went with an AA catted pipe. Makes state inspection so much easier. Cause almost everyone else that went catless threw a CEL without a tune to code it out.

Where in Houston are you located? Was planning on getting my rims powder coated so may not be a bad idea.

You will however throw a CEL from your catless. So you will need to clear that via a tune or just live with it until you tune or your dealer may throw a mini fit.

i installed my catted downpipe before i hit 1200 miles, however i plan on running it without a tune for the next 1000 miles to make sure no issues. I don't think there really is any issues with installing the downpipe, as it doesnt actually add more wear and tear on the car. its the tune i think...

Seibon's spoilers are both drilled in. I called and confirmed with them for the decklid one as well.

i was just looking at the update but doesn't seem to say that for Car Play. Under Carplay its 3rd part nav app support for carplay dashboard and in-call info appears on carplay dashboard. I dont have my car right now so i cant test what other carplay features but maybe someone else can

Yes cutting by hand. They have a couple Supras already but I haven’t seen a picture of anyone that had a matted downshift blue. Not sure what it’s going to look like. Was hoping someone had one done by now.

My car is going to get wrapped next Monday but I need some opinions. Should I go Xpel stealth or keep it shiny. They will also be ceramic coating it as well. This is on downshift blue. Thoughts?

what downpipe are you running?

i think the only downpipe that has guaranteed no CEL is the active autowerke one. All the others will throw a CEL but that can be flashed away with BM3 or MHD if i remember correctly.
