Some 2020s are locked and some are need. Need a module to check the calibration ID to determine if unlock is needed or not. Wont know without checking the calibration id with a module like the ecutek bluetooth device.

If you have a tunable 21, it doesnt matter if its currently tuned or not. It can be tuned again after the recall. Youre just going to need a bench unlock again along with a new tune file as youre going to have a new calibration id.
