Thats correct, 6MT has less burbles. I'm too old to appreciate fart noises so I have turned them off completely on my car.

I agree that PTB is probably the best option available. However, most of the people who opted for the performance pressure plate had issues.

And did you opt for the performance pressure plate or standard? Is the dual mass flywheel significantly lighter than stock? Do the revs drop quicker between to 1-2 shift? Thanks for sharing your experience, really appreciate it.

I think you should be able to set it to off in sport individual with engine in normal mode.

I was hoping the SM flywheel will reduce the rev hang between shifts. I don't think its worth reducing the life of the transmission.

Which PTB clutch did you opt for? Any other upgrades or mods with the clutch? OEM flywheel? How was the install? Any complications? Let us know how it holds up to full throttle acceleration in first and second gears and hard launches from a stand still. Thanks

My guess, is that if you are careful in the first 2 gears the clutch should be fine. Let the clutch engage completely before gunning it. Removing the clutch delay valve (CDV) should help as well.
