I do not know what is the best way to launch the car. However, doing a rolling pull should be easier on the driveline. Launches from a stand still will eat up your stock clutch very quickly.

The values I have posted are from a 6MT. It would be interesting to see the values for an 8AT. I would be quite happy if I could get the diff in my car to behave like an 8AT.
