Doing clutch (23’ MT) cant find these bolts&nuts

So i have need to do my clutch as the sticker is slipping I was going through my service manual and noticed these bolts are “not reusable” I can’t find them online

My Toyota parts department found the bolts and front 3 nuts but the rear 3 nuts I can’t find find. They weren’t even able to click them. So I bought 6 incase they’re the same part

I don't understand why they are not reusable on BMWs. I have not herd of them not being reusable on other cars.
