I'm still confused as to why, if so many of you hate it, why you're here. You obviously care that the car isn't what you wanted it to be, but bitching about it isn't going to change what Toyota did, or the minds of us who do like the car.
One of the guys at my shop says that this motor and trans are going to be very stout, and have the potential to be much higher than the stock specs. Take with a grain of salt, but we'll see once she comes out.
Ayup. Hoping to sell the 86 for ~20k (with blower, tune cable/dongle, and stock wheels. And anything else I have) then put down cash on it. Hooray investments!
Here's hoping we don't see any stance for a good while.
Disclaimer: I don't want to control what people do to their cars, but I think that stance is freaking dumb
I have a feeling that they will be using a manual in the next year or so. And the vents just need the plastic piece removed and a piece to direct the air and they'll be fully functional.
Everyone who wants the manual just needs to be patient, they'll get one eventually. I'm convinced of it...
My wife's itty bitty arms won't be an issue in the A90. Hopefully. (She's 5'3) She's not super excited about it, but then again, she hates my 86. Atleast, riding in it with the aftermarket suspension.
