Since you have an FE with the front hubs that have additional negative camber, I would lean towards just camber plates. Extending LCA's can cause the caster arms to bind if you extend them too much.

I've been running the cusco bar. I also know of a couple people that have been in hard crashes on track with the Cusco and it didn't suddenly become a paper straw like most internet people stated it would. It did it's job.
