I can only speak personally, but I switched from Marin (Ecutek), to Sameh (BM3), and now Sumo on MHD+ and Sumo has easily been one of my best tuning experiences on this (or any other) car. He is super fast to reply, and communicative in those replies. Revisions are hella fast.

Bump steer is a front axle problem. What you're highlighting in the rear is bump toe.

For ~800HP, I don't think you'll find a better deal or better performance than the Remnant kit. You get injectors + fittings + hoses + manifold at the price others are charging for just the manifold, and it's the biggest single-pass core on the market. I'm fairly confident that no other manifold...
Grab that whole rectangular thing with a channel lock wrench and just twist it away from the housing. You also need to fix your vband clamp so the bolt is at the 6:00 position.
