  1. Extreme Burble effect on engine

Sounds similar to an extreme burrito effect.
  2. Was doing some rolling videos and a G35 attempted a ricer fly by and gets smokeddddd vid inside

If you were to hazard a guess, what do you suppose your quarter mile times as your car now sits? Just sort of a benchmarking number.
  3. How Many Miles On Supra?

Bought in December and I’m up to a whopping 200 miles. Weather and COVID related telework have me doing little driving. Would like to get past the break-in period so I can mash on the skinny pedal. All I know of WOT came from a test drive of a used ā€˜20.
  4. Fullscreen Apple Carplay

Anyone hear any rumors on full screen coming?
  5. Is there 3" depth for a subwoofer replacement?

My wife declined my suggestion of an inverted mount. But, perhaps as Valentine’s Day is near, I could try again.
  6. First weekend with free time to play and....

    You need these mods:
  7. I start noticing weird sound under my trunk.

Look on the bright side: your trunk certainly has more rhythm than I do.
  8. Hesitation

It’s not just the ambient temperature, but the temperature of the tire itself. If it’s 35°F out, but the overnight low had been in the teens, your tires might be much colder than ambient until you have driven a bit. These tires are unpleasant below freezing. They are passable for modest use in...
  9. Supra Floor Mats

Any issues with that textured surface trapping dirt and being hard to clean?
  10. Supra Star Motorsport Carbon Fiber Hood Vents

    That would be supra...er...super.
  11. Supra Star Motorsport Carbon Fiber Hood Vents

I doubt it will happen, but it would be interesting if somebody somewhere collected data on whether or not there is a measure able affect on engine temps (and how much). I know that’s not necessarily a reason why folks buy these, but would be interesting.
  12. Supra Floor Mats

I am also curious about where to get these from. I’m using BMW all weather mats from an F22 and they are a good, but not great fit. These look nice and if they are a better fit (at a reasonable price) I’d grab them.
  13. Bimmerlink opening exhaust valve

You were absolutely 100% correct. I was completely wrong. Yes, the car resets to the default (flappy-flap closed in normal mode) after you turn off the car. the good news is, who runs in normal mode anyway?
  14. Sold Pending Funds-2020 Absolute Zero LE #204 For Sale 48.5k

    You’re definitely a ā€œcar dude.ā€
  15. Question for those that have changed or otherwise accessed rear speakers

It looks like the rear brace needs to be removed to access the 4ā€ rear/side speakers, correct? If so, is that easy or a production?
  16. Bimmerlink opening exhaust valve

I’ll make a video of the whole process and confirm. I’ll start with Bimmerlink off and will connect and make sure that the flap isn’t (or is) triggered when the connection is made.
  17. Bimmerlink opening exhaust valve

Apologies, I posted thinking I had replied to you, but it was a new post. I went outside and confirmed that Bimmerlink changes the setting so that the flap is always open. My flap (er...the Supra’s flap) stays open even in normal mode and after turning the car off and on. What you don’t get...
  18. Bimmerlink opening exhaust valve

It changes the default setting. Open is ā€œalways openā€ even in normal mode. I’m in the car now and went to the exhaust to confirm.
