Just tested this with some MP3 files on a stick and fast-forward worked like a charm by holding down the right arrow button. Had to press and hold it for about 2s until it started to fast-forward, but worked (exactly as described in the navigation/entertainment manual).

Added July 2019 (07/2019) manual updates as far as I can see right now on the European servers. After scrolling through some of them, there are about 10-20 new pages in each of those, but I am not sure what exactly has changed. Need to take a deeper look later on.
