If their information is right, we are looking at March instead of October/November time frame (as mentioned before).
And to be fair, sources told me months ago to expect something between 165 and 175 kW due to increased torque (240 Nm), but BestCar...
Just looked through my iDrive (or Toyota Supra Command...) settings and found the exterior lighting section. Thought the projection lights were toggled by one of the settings, but no. Even after deselecting all checkboxes, the projection lights were still active.
I looked thorugh all the...
Only checked the settings the time I got my Supra (September '19), but I think the setting you mentioned also controls the projection lights. Will check this tomorrow. At the same time I can take a photo of the exact location.
They are installed in/under the doors.
Under the door in the back quarter part of it. It is a small rectangular opening (if I remeber correctly about 2-3 x 6-8 cm; 1 x 3 in).
As I mentioned earlier: Plug and play replacement for the original lights, if equipped, but I'm not sure if the US...
Yep, here you go:
Toyota: 0852D-14010
BMW: 63 31 2 463 923
I ordered them back in September with the Toyota number through my dealership, then the order was cancelled by Toyota Germany a few times, because of delivery and release problems, but was finally fulfilled this week.

Wanted to give you all an update on the projection lights:
Got a call this week, asking if my dealership should put them in my Supra today, while they were working on it (first oil change). I was surprised, but also very happy, that they were finally delivered.
This was taken right after I was...
This exactly matches my information, but sometimes here in the forum it sounds like Toyota did the 86 on its own. That's why I wrote that before, just wanted to point out Subaru also developed a good part of the first gen.
Subaru started development of a second generation BRZ way before Toyota (more or less officially) decided it was worth the effort to team up again. This is also why the car is in its late development stages and the rumor mill just starts to tell us Toyota has started working on it...
And to be...
It's not only the engine (think about OPF, etc. everything behind the engine's exhaust manifold and behind the turbo)
The B58B30M1 (B58C as Toyota calls it) in the European Supra and Z4 is used because emissions regulations and packaging problems. You are right: the B58B30O1 (B58D as Toyota...
Owner's manual says 'Maintenance or an inspection required by law is due soon.' for the orange triangle (the left one).
The right one is just the 'normal' vehicle message.
Mine does this as well, did correct the setting a few times but then stopped changing it again and again...
Since its basicly BMW tech, the Supra can be updated to a newer software version, if a newer I-Level is available. Can't speak for the Supra here, but the Z4 already got a new I-Level...
Handling should be great, but I'm not 100% sure about the engine. Hence my question about the turbo.
Last year I got word about it staying true to its roots and utilizing the 2.4 NA and some time later some others talked about the 1.8 turbo... Either way: it should be slightly under the 2.0...
The car is already in late stages, technically fully developed and Subaru did listen to Toyota... but as you said: was never really one to begin with. 2021 should still be the plan, if I'm not mistaken.
But interesting to read news about it mixing up infos of multiple cars ^^ Did you got word...
