You should get a CF cover. If you ordered from rhdjapan. Their stuff is decently priced and sometimes will have random discounts. Add more parts to the cart.

Echoing what @XtremeMaC make sure they get all the codes to activate your nav and make sure the spacers are off.

Ya common thing. If it's damaged in transit and under certain value. They can fix it without being on the carfax or disclosed when selling.
