I am about 80% certain its turbo related. every post and mechanic i’ve talked to ultimately said it probably the turbo. I actually purchased the one you sent me earlier and i’m going to take the turbo off this weekend and take a closer look to see what really happened.

I’ll definitely update this post when i get it all sorted.

i couldn’t find any hairline cracks with my endoscope and the turbo is very very clean all things considered

no oil leaks no pillowing smoke ive had zero oil consumption issues so i kinda ruled that out as a possibility but i will check it!

i’m going to give that a try for sure i have a friend bringing over a shop scanner to try and get more information

I reached out to Marshall from Visconti and his advice was just to take off the turbo and check it

theres no codes to clear, but i haven’t flashed an older map yet.

I just got my Visconti Tuned E50 map a week ago and i went to downshift into second and lost all power. Mods: forge charge pipe mst intake flex fuel kit catless downpipe awe track exhaust

Car won’t rev past 2-3k rpm and makes this whine noise. if anyone has any insight as to what this could be please let me know. i thought it could be a boost leak so i replaced the charge pipe and that changed nothing. also any insight on turbos in stock or for sale would be great :) video...
