Looking up with the vin decoder from another thread. All the launch editions have the B58c

The z4 dynoed 373 hp and 425 ft lbs to the wheels. The supra dynoed 339 and 427. I'm sure the supra has 34hp left on the table with a tune.

There is two LE cars on Ebay auction right now. One white and one black.

The z4 in 3.0 trim does not have a manual trans option. Only the 4cyl.

I agree with BRX. Especially if they limit production of the mkv like I've been told. The aftermarket for this car is going to be insane and that is really what is going to make the mkv special. It will be an easily modded inexpensive platform.

I agree 100 percent. But when your pushing the car to make a time slip or rowing gears fast this shocks the trans it's just a matter of time on a lot of platforms.

The MT would be neat. I'm just worried that the mt trans wont hold the power the auto does if you mod the car. Look at the gt Mustangs. Anybody have any info on the mt in the z4. Who makes it?

I heard 3500 cars this year. 70% of 5000 cars. Sounds like it will be a limited production thing to me also
