No you do not need this additional kit if your using the LC2i. Only the PNP harness will suffice.

So how would one acquire the best signal?

Thats good to hear the amp accepted the high level voltage. I read the VXi amps can accept up to 200 mV - 16 V RMS. Do you happen to know what the voltage is off the sub speaker lines? Also any reason not to take the full range signal from the fronts? Bad factory EQs?

So that will plug into the T Harness I posted and converting to low level signal via RCA's. My concern is the factory EQ not flattening enough through that LOC.

Justin, with your VXi amp having a built in DSP did you directly input the high level signal to that AMP? Did you utilize any harnesses like TechnicPNP?

So essentially this harness exposes the needed high level wires to connect to a LOC or DSP/AMP. I did not notice female RCA's on this harness.

Would you say the upper base response and mid range capacity of the Ghost subs would be ideal if one were to add an aftermarket sub to produce the desired low range? You wouldn't want to completely disconnect the oem subs as they play mid range frequencies correct? If so we can try utilizing...

I have the same sound after I did HKS springs. My guess, it's the top strut mount. Something related to the bearing.
