This used to happen to me with a stock ECU and only downpipe, exhaust, and aftermarket air filter. Does it only do it in a specific situation (i.e., cold start, warm start, temperature outside, sitting in the rain)? Also, if I may ask, why did you do the NGK plugs?

I've run the stock, K&N, and aFe filters (and have an HKS I need to install) and I haven't noticed any loss of power down low or gains up top. I have noticed a bit more induction noise when stomping the gas low in the rev range in a high gear.
