My car is going into the shop early in July to install: stiffer transmission mounts, stiffer differential mounts, larger sway bars, upgraded sway bar end links, upgraded rear traction links. Since they will be taking the car apart and dropping the subframe to install the rea sway bar, I'm...
Howdy! I have a GoPro Hero 10 Black I'm using to get in-car videos when in the Supra and in-car/exterior videos when in my Tacoma dicking around in the dirt. I really like the capabilities of the new GoPro. However, I'm struggling to find a good mounting location on the Supra using some of the...
What are folks running these days if they've enabled and increased throttle blips? Does it actually make downshifting faster (i.e., can the rest of the transmission keep up)? Does it really increase the pops and bangs during this process (which are significantly amplified on my car due to the AA...
I'm not impressed with the performance of the new Z (too heavy - hell, I think the Supra is too heavy), but depending on the track, 2sec is well within the realm of possibility when going from something like the shitty tires Nissan put on the Z to something like a Pilot Cup 2.

Interesting. This has to be a pretty light system compared to many being sold right now in the aftermarket. Single mid-pipe, much smaller muffler than the stock exhaust... I'd be interested to see how the weight compares to something like the AWE Track Edition. Any general feedback from customers?
That's actually pretty awesome and has been my experience at my local dealership as well. They love the car there, enjoy talking about it, and said they've got my back. Glad you hooked up with a good service department!
Crazy! Appreciate the warning. Will give it a try and report back. Thanks for the heads-up. At the very least, they are easily able to removed so I can put the stock ones back in place in the event the Twisted Tuning mounts are too much.
Scweeeeeeeeeeeeeee kerchunk scweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee kerchunk vrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr kind of stuff? Here's the thing though, I've had such good luck with other fun cars I've owned having solid mounts (engine, transmission, differential, etc.). The cars feel so responsive afterwards and like...
