So the "range topping" 2019 "Supra" makes about the same power as the old 1993 Supra Turbo. Sweet:doh:
Using that same logic, I guess Ford should start making range topping 215HP Mustangs again, from the 1993 Mustang:hmm:
:banghead:
Agreed.
And if it has that 4 banger... might as well leave the Supra name out completely.
(although we dont have an official name yet) perhaps 2018 BMW/Toyota Celica maybe?:dunno:
I dont think it makes that much sense to have the LC-F come with a variation of the TT V6 from the LS500. If it is going to be $180k (lots of rumors online, and my local dealership pretty much confirmed it as well), its going to have power figures that are vastly superior to the current...
agreed 100%.
Although this article is just speculating (just like all of us)... there are a few things that i find will be difficult to achieve.
So the highest end model will have about 400 horsepower (400kw) and weigh about 3300 lbs. And it will "slip beneath" 4 seconds in 0-60... I know...
Does that look right, or am i seeing things here?
I have been looking for evidence of the retractable spoiler on these test mules, this looks like one of the first times that it has caught my eye.
