A red one just went unsold on ebay that the starting price was 60,800 with no reserve. Something tells me the demand for the car is not there.

My guess is that Toyota had to change the delivery dates to the 17-22 (mine was originally 10-15) in order to keep dealers from delivering the car early to the owners. Now that does not mean that when the car gets to the dealer, let's say the 19th or 20th, they won't release. But at least now...

My dealer said arrival at dealer 17-22 so my guess they shipping on the 15th to final dealer destination.

I had at least two dealers tell me they sold their LE to other dealers :hmm:

You should be good. Most gms are partners (owners) themselves.

Had a purchase proposal on one and the other was word and purchase proposal had a 10k markup. Both said owners declined the sale.

Listing did say car was not available for pickup till July 15. But yeah, same dealer had the car advertised at 85k just last week.

Black Supra sold for 60k on eBay. That’s 2.5 over msrp. My guess is that the folks that were willing to pay 10k+ over msrp already got theirs. Which I would put around 500. Now I’m sure dealers are still asking for top dollar over msrp but as July 22 gets near I see the mark up reside under 5k...

About 10% of the possibly 100 dealerships I spoken to have said the same thing. Late July or early August arrival for their first. Might be some truth to that.
